### User Management 

Ability to create users with location access, application of different roles, reset user pin for POS and BOS etc. A manager for the user can also be assigned. Different roles supported include cashier, manager, support, admin etc.

### Merchant/ Dealer Configuration

BOS provides the feature to edit merfchant configuration like name, VAT code, receipt configuration - for example footer message, notification email, phone number etc.

### Reason Code Management / Configuration 

BOS provides the feature set up new reason codes for the sttaion. These can then be used in POS for financial transactions

### Manual Payment Mean Management/ Configuration 

BOS provides the feature set up new manual payment codes for the sttaion. These can then be used in POS for settling sales transactions."
